What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pcs / style, per colour and per style. Mixed sizes within a style count toward the same MOQ. For a first order we can sometimes run a smaller trial — ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample cost depends on the style, fabric and finishing involved. We quote it before starting, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order when it moves forward.
How long does sampling take?
Proto and fit samples in 7–10 days from approved artwork and fabric. New dye or finish development adds time if a standard has to be built from scratch.
How long is bulk production?
25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity, wash complexity and fabric availability. We give you a dated production schedule before you pay.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are a deposit to start production and the balance against the bill of lading. Exact split depends on order size and whether it is a first order. We quote in USD.
Do you ship to the US and Canada?
Yes — air and sea freight, FOB, CIF or DDP door delivery. We can ship to your warehouse, a 3PL, or an Amazon FBA address if your forwarder is not handling it.
Can you match a sample I already have?
Yes. Send the sample or detailed photos with measurements. We reverse-engineer the pattern and wash, then send you a counter-sample to compare before quoting bulk.
Do you put your own label on the product?
No. Everything is produced under your brand — main label, care label, hangtag and packaging. Our name does not appear on the garment.
What if the bulk does not match the approved sample?
We compare bulk against the retained approved sample at final inspection. If a lot falls outside the agreed tolerance, we tell you before shipment and agree on a remedy — rework, replacement or price adjustment.
