Dye & finish
Hand-feel is decided
at the finish house.
We develop dye and wash standards against your reference, then keep a retained sample so bulk matches the approved panel — not “close enough”.
- WetGarment dye, enzyme wash, over-dye, tint and softener.
- DryBrushing, sanding, resin and heat-set finishes.
- DetailDistressing, grinding, patch and repair details where the style calls for them.
- StandardApproved shade panel retained and referenced on every bulk run.
Decoration
Branding that
survives the wash.
Decoration method is chosen by fabric and wash cycle, not by what is easiest to produce.
Screen print
Plastisol, water-based, discharge and puff. Colour matching to Pantone on request.
Hardware & trim
Custom shank buttons, rivets, zipper pulls and leather or paper patches with your mark.
Labels & packing
Woven main labels, printed care labels, hangtags, polybags and retail-ready carton marks.
